Valley All States Employer Service will be enrolling your company in E-Verify as one of our clients. This is not binding in any way.
In order to offer E-Verify service on your behalf, we will need you to complete the information below so we can get started.
Once we have your account established, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will send the designated signer an invitation to sign the required Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This is a one-time required document.
The MOU is an agreement between you, us as your Employer Agent, the USCIS, and the Department of Justice. It affirms that USCIS and the Department of Justice will share data to help prevent the potential misuse of visa programs. Additionally, it ensures that both the employer and the Employer Agent understand their accountability for any discriminatory practices.
When the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is on file at the Department of Homeland Security, Valley All States will email you:
· An I-9 packet that will contain the required E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices in both English and Spanish
· An I-9 Form in English and an I-9 Form in Spanish
· Helpful instructions to help you complete the I-9 Form
